Week 1: Pink Latte
This is a pretty looking latte with great health benefits! This Pink Latte has beetroot powder, ginger and cinnamon...delish.
Ingredients:
2 Tbs beetroot powder (or you can use 1 cooked beet)
4 cups of coconut milk or any plant based milk of choice (i am trying out the beet latte by Organic Traditions that already has coconut milk powder and ginger)
1 tsp-1 Tbs of grated ginger
1 tsp of cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp of vanilla powder or 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Blend it all up and enjoy warm (it’s great iced for the summertime!)
**Little hack if you are limited on time: There is a blend already made from Organic Traditions. I like to have this handy in case I don’t have time or the ingredients to make this from scratch…follow the instructions and either use a blender or a frother to make it look like a latte!

good source of folate, manganese, potassium, iron and vitamin C
