Online Kits

I put together some online workout kits that give you examples of equipment you would need for my online classes. The idea with these kits is to show you that you can join in to my online classes with very little equipment and get in a great workout! As you continue on with my classes and want to bump up the workouts, you will see I have included a few different examples of kits and equipment to choose from…

I have included the Outdoor Kit at the end, so scroll down to the bottom if you are looking for this one and suggestions for which kit to take when you are participating in my prenatal and mama baby fitness classes.

Kit #1

This is the best kit to get you started, simple but all you need for my online classes:

-a pair of free weights (speak to me to see whether to start with 5 or 8lbs (depending on your level)

-a mini band (this can be found easily on amazon or sports experts in pack of 3 often)

Kit #2:

This next kit is when you have been following my classes more regularly and want to bump it up and add in a few more options to use during the workout:

-2x Free weights: add in another pair so that way you can have for example 5lb and 8lbs weights (again we will discuss what weight to get)

-Mini band (one is enough but if you got a pack then you can use the light, medium and heavy resistances depending on the exercise!)

-Stability ball: it’s a great addition to the workout so we can maximize the exercises in certain positions with the help of the ball

Kit #4:

This kit is for those of you who want to have more options in class and are ready to invest in a couple more pieces of equipment!

-3x free weights: 5, 8, 10 lbs (option to add in heavier depending on your level)

-Stability ball

-mini bands

-BOSU (this is a great addition for home)

**NEXT STEP:

The TRX is another great addition to your repertoire of home equipment and can be used in class too! It can be used on your door frame or if you prefer using it like I had it at my studio hanging from the ceiling, you can do that too…

Outdoor kit:

The outdoor kit is simple! I often have extras to share and I sanitize them afterwards but nice to have your own.

-Yoga mat

-mini band

-Longer resistance band (you can find on amazon resistance bands that are more simple than the one in the picture, I can suggest a few if needed)
