North Hatley Mama Baby Fit Class - Cours Maman Bébé Fit à North Hatley!

Now that I am living full time in North Hatley, I would love to create a community of moms in the area like I did in Montreal over the past 10 years. The goal would be to offer a Mama Baby Fit Class to not only get you back into shape safely after having a baby but also offer resources, support and give moms a chance to meet up.

For those of you lucky to be living in the area, I started offering a Mama Baby Fit Class every Thursday at my studio for the winter. I will also offer a Snowshoe Fit Class in January once we get some snow which is very fun and a great workout especially with baby in a carrier! If you are pregnant, you are welcome to join in (I will be looking to offer a separate prenatal class in the near future too).

Message me to reserve your spot since space is limited since I like to offer a small group setting. Classes are personalized, I modify for each mom and give suggestions and tips depending on each moms goals.

I am also hosting a Mama Baby Meet-up at Cafe Massawippi Mercantile in North Hatley every Thursday after our Mama Baby Fit Class! Join us and moms from class and the community to connect and support each other.

Maintenant que j’habite à North Hatley à temps plein, j’aimerais créer une communauté de mamans ici comme j’ai fait à Montréal depuis 10 ans. Le but c’est non seulement d’offrir des cours personnalisés pour se remettre en forme après bébé en sécurité, mais aussi de pouvoir rencontrer d’autres mamans, offrir différentes ressources, groupes de support, etc. Je vais également offrir des cours maman bébé et des cours d’entrainement prénatal.

Pour ceux d’entre vous qui ont la chance d’habiter à North Hatley ou dans les alentours, j’offre un cours Maman Bébé les jeudis matin à mon studio pour la saison d’hiver. Je vais aussi offrir un cours de raquette en janvier quand on va avoir plus de neige!

J’ai commencer une rencontre Maman Bébé au café Massawippi Mercantile pour que vous puisiez connectez et avoir un peu de support des autres mamans dans la communauté! On se rencontre au cafe a chaque jeudi après le cours maman bébé vers 11h45.
