Holiday Energy Balls
Ingredients
1 cup of almond butter or crunchy almond butter
1/4 cup of honey
2 Tbs of chia
1/2 cup of dried cranberries
3 drops of Doterra Wild Orange essential oil or 1 Tbs of shredded orange peel.
1 cup of finely shredded coconut (if you don't like coconut, they are yummy without or you can roll them in something else)
In a big bowl, stir together all of the ingredients except for the coconut. Once its all mixed up, roll little energy balls. Put the shredded coconut on a plate or flat surface and roll the balls into the coconut to coat themPut them in the fridge for 30 min firm them up and enjoy!
Note:You can store them in the fridge or freezer.
