MTL Snowshoe Fit Class

It’s almost that time of year to do some Snowshoe Fit Classes!

I will continue in 2022 to come to Montreal 1x/month to offer am in-person outdoor Fit Moms Class and Mama Baby Fit Class. I will also be available to get together for any personal training sessions and/or a personalized program to follow!

Upcoming dates:

Saturday, January 15th

Snowshoe Fit Class: 9-10am at Murray Hill Park. Bring your snowshoes or let me know if you need to borrow a pair. We meet at the top of Murray Hill (corner of Westmount Blvd and Murray Hill Road).

Sign up for class online like usual or email me to reserve your spot for class or book a private session.
