Mama Baby Outdoor Classes

Excited to announce that we will be starting back to the official outdoor season at the beg of May! I will be offering Tuesday and Thursday 10:30-11:30am classes each week…The outdoor class is basically a circuit training class designed for postpartum moms. I personalize and modify for each mom and everyone goes at their own pace.

This will be our 2nd Covid season and like last year, we will be following the group restrictions and making sure we keep a 2m distance from each mom and baby. Until we hear otherwise, we will also have to wear a mask for the full class. I will have hand sanitizer available at all times if needed.

Last year, I offered class at Somerled Park which worked out very well. I have some demands to do once a week at Prince Albert Park in Westmount so waiting to see who is interested in what and then we can make a final decision…

You will need:

  • mini band

  • longer resistance band with handles (or you can use one without)

**I have some extra ones that we can sanitize but ideally each mom should bring their own (I can show you where to buy them).

Most moms who have signed up for the outdoor classes last year, preferred to do class outdoors even with a little rain to stay in person so we can definitely do that this year. Normally if it pores, the class would be given live online and decided earlier in the morning on the day of. Live online classes given through Zoom.

Please email me and let me know if you are interested and at what location. I can take up to 6-8 moms max for each class.

**For those of you who prefer the convenience of the live online classes, I will continue to offer classes on Monday, Wed and Friday mornings but of course it depends on the demand!!
