Homemade Lemonade

This recipe is from some of my vacation inspirations in Prague this summer when we were visiting in a major heat wave!They are super refreshing and hydrating....Have fun with different combinations...

Fresh Cucumber and Lime:

  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cucumber (my fav are the crunchy lebanese cucumbers)

  • 1/4 cup of lime juice (or you can use 1 drop of lime essential oil)

  • Fill the rest up with carbonated water or if you prefer use filtered water

Grapefruit Refresher:

  • 2 pieces of grapefruit without the skin (cut each in half)

  • 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed grapefruit or orange juice (or 2 drops of lime essential oil or 2 drops of wild orange essential oil)

  • Fill the rest up with carbonated water or if you prefer use filtered water

Strawberry Orange Mint:

  • 2-4 fresh strawberries (you can use frozen too) and blend them up into a puree (or you can mush them up simply)

  • 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice (or 2 drops of wild orange essential oil)

  • 2-4 mint leaves

  • Fill the rest up with carbonated water or if you prefer use filtered water
