Smoothie Challenge - Week 3
Antioxidant Boost
- 1 cup mixed berries (I ended up using frozen strawberries)
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup goji berries
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk, hemp milk or any nondairy milk of your choice
- 1 cup spinach
