Raspberry, Lime & Mint Natural 'Gatorade'
Here is a great recipe my whole family enjoys and I like to send with my kids to their soccer, tennis or other sporting activities especially during the hot summer days.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup of fresh lime juice (can substitute with lemon)
handful of frozen raspberries
2 cups of filtered water
1/4 tsp of sea salt
1 Tbs of maple syrup
4 mint leaves (optional but fun)
Ice cubes
How to:
Put all the ingredients in a big water bottle or mason jar
Shake it up, add ice and you are good to go!
