Postpartum Spray

This spray is great for any stitches, haemorrhoids, swelling….basically the whole perineal area. You can use this spray in pregnancy if needed too!

What you need:

• Spray bottle

• Witch hazel

• Aloe Vera

• Lavender essential oil

**Optional oils to add: geranium, peppermint and frankincense

How to:

• Add 5-8 drops of lavender to you spray bottle

• Add equal parts of witch hazel and aloe vera (or if you have already made the spray bottle for the postpartum pads you are all set and can use that one!)

Use the spray regularly since it’s very soothing to the perineal area!
