4 Weeks of SmoothiesEach week on Friday you will be sent a new smoothie recipe to try the following week. Make this recipe at least 1 time in your week and share your results.  All of the smoothie recipes were designed by sports dietitian, Pearle Nerenberg, to be the perfect snack for having 1 to 2 hours pre-exercise. These recipes are part of a line of recipes called "Pearle's Recipes for Active Families" (learn more about how to use the recipes by going to www.PearleSportsRd.com).Week 1 (June 1-7): Red - http://www.soscuisine.com/recipe/red-smoothie?gpr_id=28208Week 2 (June 8-14th): Banana Bread - http://www.soscuisine.com/recipe/banana-bread-smoothieWeek 3 (June 15-21st): Green PineappleWeek 4 (June 22-28th): Banana Mocha*We would love it if you could post pictures and comments on the Studio Vie Facebook Page...For those of you who are interested in purchasing the ingredients ready to make your smoothie here is how it works (optional):Your groceries can be purchased for you from Fleur Sauvage (Health Food Store on Monkland) or from Adonis.  If you choose to purchase from Fleur Sauvage, all organic ingredients will be purchased.  You will need to deposit $100 for organic purchases or $65 for Adonis purchases for the 4 weeks.  You will get enough ingredients to make a 4 portion smoothie for each week.  Groceries will be delivered Monday to Studio Vie and packaged for quicker smoothie making.  At the end of the challenge you will be reimbursed for any amount you paid above the cost of the ingredients.Sign up by Friday May 29, and please bring cash payment by Monday June 1 (only if you want to have groceries done for you).Please sign up with Jana at: jana@lestudiovie.com.
