Iced Matcha Latte

This is a great pre-workout energy booster or an early afternoon pick-me-up!

I had a few requests to post up my recipe so here it is:

Ingredients:

-1 cup of oat milk (or any plant based milk of choice)

-1 tsp of organic matcha powder

-1-2 tsp of honey or maple syrup (I personally like the honey and matcha combo)

How to:

**I like to use hot water to whisk or mix up the powdered matcha. It’s easier to get rid of the clumps…you can use about 1/4 or a little less of hot water mixed in with your matcha.

**Mix or whisk it up at the bottom of your mason jar.

**Add your milk and put the top of the mason jar on and shake it up!

**Add your ice cubes (the more is better) and voila!

**You can also make this in a manual or electric frother if you prefer….
