Green Smoothie
The saying goes: a green smoothie a day keeps the doctor away right?!
What a great way to start off the new year is including a green smoothie a day...
This is another family classic and you can always modify depending on what fruits or ingredients you have in the house at the time.
Ingredients:
-1 cup of almond milk or any plant based milk
-1 cup of kale or spinach
-1 banana
-1/2 cup of mango
-2 tsp of vanilla extract or 1/2 tsp of vanilla powder
-1 Tbs of chia seeds or ground flax seeds
-1 Tbs of hemp hearts
-splash of maple syrup
**I love to add 1/2 drops of wild orange essential oil...try it!
How to:
Blend it all up and serve!
