Week 3 of the Studio Vie Smoothie Challenge
Carda Nana - Banana cardamom smoothie with cashew milk, spinach and honey.Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup of plain raw cashews
- 2 pods of cardamom, hulled *
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 3/4 cup of water
- 1 1/2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup of baby spinach
- 1 Tb of honey
- pinch of salt
Blend cashews, cardamom, lemon juice and water until completely smooth.
