Kale Chips
I am all about finding recipes that are healthy and taste great. Here is a great find:
Kale Chips :
Great for adults and kids too! They are crunchy and yummy!
Benefits of Kale:
High in antioxidants
High in fiber
Anti-inflammatory
High in vitamins K, A and C!
Recipe:
1 bunch of kale
Cut or rip up kale (chip size) and place it on a baking sheet
Sprinkle around 2 Tbs. of olive oil and mix it around
Bake at 350F for 10 min (stirring half way)
*try sprinkling some nutritional yeast on top for a cheesy taste!
