Pumpkin Spice Latte
We can’t do a warm drink challenge and not include a pumpkin spice latte in the month of October! This latte is a caffeine-free version.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of oat milk or any plant based milk of choice
1 tsp of your pumpkin spice blend or homemade mix
1 tsp of pumpkin puree
1 tsp of honey or agave to sweeten
*Froth or blend and voila!
**I have made this without the pumpkin puree and its yummy too.
Pumpkin Spice Mix:
3 Tbs of ground cinnamon
2 tsp of ground ginger
1 tsp of nutmeg
1 tsp of allspice
1 1/2 tsp of cloves
*Put these ingredients in a mason jar or container to store
