Banana-Chai Smoothie - Week 2

Ingredients for 1L:

- 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk (or other nut, grain or seed milk)- 1 cup Coconut water- 4 Medjool dates, pitted (soaked if using a conventional blender)- 1 tsp vanilla extract- 1 tsp chai spices (Épices de cru blend or other chai mix without tea)- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon- 1 big banana- Pinch of sea saltBlend it all up....It's like fall in a glass!
